Our flagship Pinot Noir pays homage to the fynbos-clad slopes of Galpin Peak, which dominates the eastern skyline of the Hemel-en-Aarde valley.
There is a wealth of opportunities within a 20-mile radius of The Laggan. Take a trip to the top of the Cairngorm Mountain on the funicular railway and dine at the highest restaurant in the UK, taking in the dramatic views of the surrounding areas, or experience one of the many distilleries on the whisky trails.
For the more energetic, enjoy the mountain bike trails and on many local estates, try organised clay shooting, quad bikes, fishing, walking or cycling. Sailing and windsurfing are also available on some lochs. In the winter months visitors can capture the beauty of the mountains blanketed in glittering frost and snow, and try skiing or snowboarding.
